What equipment do I need to start training?
Initially, just comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle. We provide gloves and other necessary equipment for beginners.
Are there any age restrictions for joining the club?
Our programs are designed for all ages! We have specific youth programs for children and teens, and our adult programs cater to all ages and fitness levels. Even the old guys are out here learning how to give these young whipper snappers a run for their money. :)
How often should I attend classes to see improvement
We recommend sessions at least twice for those who have an interest in developing real boxing knowledge and skills. If the goal is more just fitness and fun, then even just once per week is a great enhancement to your other fitness-related activities.
